The Vermont Service Center’s Fraud Detection and National Security unit (FDNS) recently sent a H-1B employer an employment verification questionnaire.
An employer would typically be sent this type of questionnaire after an H-1B employee commences work. This type of worksheet would be used by FDNS to determine whether the employer is complying with the terms of the H-1B petition.
