With the EB-2 India category advancing for the August 2013 Visa Bulletin,
many Indian nationals with pending I-485s will become current next month.
Applicants can use the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) follow-up email address,
ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov, to notify NSC when an applicant with a pending I-485 has multiple approved
I-140 petitions, one of which is current and has an immigrant visa available.
This email address can also be used to alert NSC when a family member's
I-485 application is "disconnected" from other family members'
applications that have been approved. The Texas Service Center (TSC) has
a similar practice with TSC-specific email addresses,
ebupdate.tsc@dhs.gov
and
streamline.tsc@dhs.gov, including one for pending I-485s at TSC that are current and ready for
adjudication.
