Bio

Ms. Upadhyay is a graduate and Dean’s Award recipient of the Masters in Law (LL.M.) program in Technology and Entertainment Law from USC Gould School of Law. She also holds a Law degree from K.C. Law College, India. Ms. Upadhyay assists with the preparation and filing of both employment-based and family-based immigrant applications and change of status applications. Ms. Upadhyay also has experience working for non-profit legal organizations. Ms. Upadhyay is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
