Calcutta, LL.B. from Bombay University, Bombay, India and LL.M. from
Tulane Law School, Tulane University, New Orleans, USA. He was admitted to the California
Bar in 1998.

Ms. Parikh has over 5 years of experience in immigration law. Ms. Parikh
handles a variety of cases including PERM labor certifications, employment-based
immigrant petitions, family-based immigrant petitions, removal of conditions,
adjustment of status and naturalization. She also has experience with
H1B, L1, Exceptional Ability, Multinational Executive / Manager petitions
and CBP port-of-entry matters. She is highly proficient in drafting briefs
and appeals before various federal and immigration courts and tribunals.
Ms. Parikh is a licensed attorney in New York and a Solicitor of the Senior
Courts of England & Wales. She is a Masters in Law (LL.M.) graduate
from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, ranked amongst
the Top 20 law schools by U.S. News. Ms. Parikh is fluent in 3 Indian
languages, viz., Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
Ms. Mukherjee completed her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston
Law Center and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the
University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Mukherjee has experience in handling
various family-based immigration petitions such as marriage-based adjustment
of status applications, fiancé(e) visas, naturalization applications,
and VAWA petitions. Ms. Mukherjee also has experience with various employment-based
immigration applications. Also, Ms. Mukherjee has conducted federal employment
law and settlement negotiations. Ms. Mukherjee is fluent in Bengali and
conversational in Spanish and Hindi.
Mr. Cullen completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Rhodes University,
Grahamstown, South Africa and his Masters of Laws (LLM) from Florida Coastal
School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida. He was admitted as an Attorney to
the State Bar of California in 2016. Mr. Cullen has experience in various
employment-based immigration applications. Mr. Cullen is fluent in English
and conversational in Afrikaans.
Ms. Liao completed her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law
at Illinois Institute of Technology and her LL.M Degree from University
of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. She completed her Bachelor Degree
of Law from Guangdong University of Technology, China. Ms. Liao is a licensed
attorney in Illinois. She has experience in H-1B cases. Ms. Liao is fluent
in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Ms. Finnigan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University
of Florida with a minor in English. She is experienced in drafting various
employment-based and family-based immigrant petitions.
Ms. Tang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation from the Chinese
University of Hong Kong. She is now pursuing a legal education at De Anza
College and will obtain the Paralegal Certificate recognized by the American
Bar Association (ABA) in April 2017. She worked as a paralegal intern
at Santa Clara County District Attorney Office. Ms. Tang is fluent in
English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Indira Priyadarshini Bhattacharjee
Ms. Bhattacharjee attended the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s
in anthropology and history. Previously, she worked at various non-profits
encouraging the literacy and employment of newly arrived immigrants, asylees,
and people with developmental disabilities. She has experience in family
cases including naturalization, green card petitions, and fiancé(e)
visas. Ms. Bhattacharjee also has experience in employment based cases.
She is proficient in Italian and is conversational in Spanish and Bengali.
Alan Castellanos Tanori
Mr. Castellanos Tanori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science
from the California State University of Sacramento with a minor in English.
He is currently pursuing a Paralegal Certificate from California State
University of East Bay, which is recognized by the American Bar Association
(ABA). He will complete his certification by June 2017. Mr. Castellanos
has worked for the California State Assembly and various other nonprofit
legal immigration services. Mr. Castellanos is fluent in English and Spanish.
