Updated USCIS Forms

On December 23, 2016, USCIS issued updated versions of forms for many commonly filed petitions. While USCIS will continue to accept earlier versions of the forms until February 21, 2017 (with the exception of the N-400); USCIS requests that applicants submit the new forms with the edition date of 12/23/2016 along with the new fees.

Please find below a list of forms that USCIS updated for commonly filed petitions:

I-134- Affidavit of Support

I-129 – Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

I-129F – Petition for Alien Fiancé

I-131 – Application for Travel Document

I-130 – Petition for Alien Relative

I-140 – Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker

I-485 – Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I-539 – Application to Extent/Change Nonimmigrant Status

I-751 - Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
