Original Notices Will be Sent to G-28 Attorney or Representative of Record as of November 30, 2011

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) Service Center Operations confirmed that as of November 30, 2011, both the California and Vermont service centers will once again send all original notices to the G-28 attorney or representative of record. This includes original I-797 approval notices. This change will also be implemented at the remaining service centers on or before December 5, 2011.
