USCIS Revised the Form I-129 (Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker)

As of November 23, 2010, USCIS revised the Form I-129 filed for temporary workers in a variety of nonimmigrant visa classifications. New edition of the form was published and become effective on November 23, 2010. Also USCIS will continue accepting previous editions of the form until December 22, 2010. However, starting December 23, 2010, USCIS will only be accepting the revised form I-129 with the November 23, 2010 revision date. The revised I-129 form is available at (USCIS Forms and Fees)
