Regulation regarding duplicate filing of H-1B visa petitions cleared for publication.

The regulation regarding duplicate filing of H-1B visa petitions was cleared for publication by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). After the OMB clears the regulation it will go back to USCIS for final signature. USCIS expects to get the regulation published before April 1, 2008, the first day for filing of the 2009 H-1B quota.
