NSC EB-3 I-140 Processing Dates

The Processing Time Report for the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) states that the processing date for I-140 (EB-3) petitions is at August 02, 2007, which means that they are processing cases that were filed on or before August 02, 2007.  The AILA NSC Liaison Committee has discovered, however, that the NSC is actually processing cases that were filed July 01, 2007 through August 02, 2007.  Furthermore, the NSC says that the cases that were filed during the 2007 Visa Bulletin “window of opportunity” will not be fully processed for another couple of months.  The AILA NSC Liaison Committee, however, recommends that inquiries not be submitted regarding cases filed through August 17, 2008 until the processing dates for the EB-3 I-140s reaches October 2007.
