NSC Tip on Completing New Form G-28

In order to avoid mailing returns by the US Postal Service of mail sent by USCIS to attorneys or representatives, NSC has offered some useful advice regarding the completion of the new Form G-28. The NSC-AILA liaison committee was advised that in Section 3 of the new Form G-28, both the attorney’s or representative’s name under the section “Name of Attorney or Accredited Representative”, and the law firm’s name in section entitled “Complete Address of Attorney or Organization Accredited Representative” should be included (it is not sufficient to include only the mailing address). This advice should be followed for every USCIS filing, in which a Form G-28 is needed.
