N-400 Naturalization Application Expired on 10/31/2008, Still Valid

The latest edition of N-400 application has expired on October 31, 2008. However, because a new edition has not been released to date, the USCIS has said that applicants may submit naturalization applications on any useable edition of Form N-400 until further notice.
