This category is for retired and nearly retired representatives to international organizations and their family members.  The following individuals can apply for this classification: 1) retired G-4 officers; 2) spouses of retired G-4 officers; 3) widows of employee or retired employee of international organization; 4) unmarried children of employee or retired employee of international organization.  The employee of an international organization must have maintained G-4 or N status and must apply for EB-4 status within 6 months of retirement.  The standard for an international organization is from INA § 101(a)(15)(G)(i), which grants nonimmigrant status to employees of such organizations.
