H-1B Workers being sent back from Newark Liberty International Airport

We have been getting reports that over the last month or so that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials at Newark Liberty International Airport situated in Newark, New Jersey are stopping and sending back Indian H-1B workers on frivolous grounds.

We would advise all travelers entering the US to answer questions posed to them by CBP officials completely and truthfully.
