EB2 Cutoff dates moves to January 01, 2010 for India and China

According to the Visa Bulletin released by the Department of State for February 2012, the employment based second preference (EB2) category cutoff date has moved forward by a full year, to January 01, 2010 for India and China. All nationals of India and China with priority date on or before January 01, 2010, should immediately contact their Attorneys for filing Adjustment of Status Application (Form I-485). These individuals can file their Adjustment of Status Application on February 01, 2012.
