Estimated Dates from Department of Labor for Introduction of New Forms ETA 9035 and 9089

The Department of Labor (DOL) has released the estimated introduction dates of the new LCA Form ETA 9035 (DOL form filed with H-1B application) and PERM Form ETA 9089 (DOL Green Card Form).

DOL will accept the new LCA Form ETA 9035 for processing beginning April 15, 2009 and will accept the old versions of the form until May 14, 2009; thereafter, the old form will be discontinued.

DOL will accept the new Form ETA 9089 for processing beginning July 01, 2009 and will accept the old versions of the form until July 31, 2009; thereafter, the old form will be discontinued.
