Consulate in Ciudad Juarez Begins Using Online Inquiry System

The U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, which processes immigrant visa cases from Mexico and also provides nonimmigrant and American citizen services, is now offering an inquiry system for legal representatives online at http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/feedback-form.html.  It will allow lawyers a quick and secure method to be able to communicate with the Consulate and also speed up the process of the Consulate responding to inquiries.  All inquiries submitted online will be responded to within 5 business days.  It is recommended that lawyers use the online form to inquire about nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas and/or citizen services rather than using the phone, fax or regular mail.
